My 2nd guitar:

Vinnies Axe. 3 string open D, (or whatever else takes your fancy, I just like the deep tones).

My 3rd guitar: Campbells shortbread. Tuned like a mandolin with just four strings, it's great for folk music.

Got me a Antiek Cigar Tin will that do !

Ill try and make a Arch Top Cigar Tin Build out of it ?

Sweet tin!

This is a tenor banjolele. Built it for a band member that was moving out of town, so we had everyone sign it. The neck is oak, taken from an old vanity, strings are fishing line.

Nice!!!

I love the signatures and the tail piece.

Oil can guitar built with a Fender Squire neck and a humbucker pickup

tuned to G , dulcimer fretted with split pin frets. last time i do this as i am tired of the frets sticking to my fingers and not going down straight..lol its a canjo and plays in tune so end result , happy.

Tree of my earlyér Tin Builds Moviecan, Antiek Indian cigar tin , and the AGIO Golden Harvest cigar tin Build !

My first attempt to build an instrument from when I first got interested in CBGs... way back in September 2017. lol  Though currently strung as a GDG 3-string with unison courses, my thought was to make something I could use as a diddly bow to a 6-string and everything in between. It has a high-tech compensated string suspension system (square nuts and threaded rods), my wife's "missing" cheese grater as a tailpiece and a soundhole cover donated by the kind folks at Quality Inn and Suites, Rochester, Michigan (just kidding, I'd never steal anything from a hotel... I found it in my kids' bathroom). Electronics are a humbucker with push/pull coil split and two parallel piezo disks. The two pickup types are independently controllable due to the use of Schottky diodes.

I dig it
