Thanks. TAP.. This helps alot. Now I just need someone to find me about 5 more hours a day to work on my instrment. Also. Now I have left over disks.. I need to be able to get the rest of the hardware somewhere..

a disk will still work on a solid chunk of wood  .  try  taping it down temporarily to find a sweet spot .

Okay. Good to know... This is not a box. But a 2x6 maybe this will not work for this. Maybe next to order a 3 pole mag and hollow out a place for it. Thanks.

disk piezos?   you only really  need  one  .  every  box  has a different  sweet spot , but  it is  usually    on the bass  side   near the  bridge  inside the box  on the lid  . it is not like a mag pickup and does not have to be  mounted under the strings .  it picks up the vibration of the box   , not the strings  .  usually  people  put down a bed of hot glue or silicone  .  then  press the  disk in . and cover it again with silicone  etc  . this helps mute   unwanted excess noise .
