Thank you Will, Maddog, Greg, Monterey, and Pick! Yah Will, liquid does seem to be the running theme at the moment . . . I agree Maddog, old and new mix pretty well, and as you know I love your work! Unc, I've not tried banjo tuning yet but have been wanting to get some finger picks and try learning, this guit may just be the motivation I've needed

DADF#  - I will give that open A a try.  I have done ADF# on a three.   You might also like DGBD- banjo tuning.

Scale length is 23" and I've been switching between DGBe and DADf# tuning, it sounds good in both

I agree, the old and new mix works great.  I think that is in part due to you keeping it visually simple.  Really nice work.  Glad it sounds good.  More questions... How is it tuned?   It kind of looks baritone uke scale or tenor guitar scale.
