Question of the day-What kind of amp is this?

Hi all

I'm trying to id this amp. I went to see Matthew Sweet in concert and he was using this amp. It sounded great & it looks old. Didn't know if anyone out there had any ideas. Sorry the photo is not very clear, it was taken on my phone. If my memory is correct I think it had the initials EM on the front, but I couldn't see any other brand markings.
