What do you have to be discouraged about? Those look great.

Yeah, whats the problem? Do they not play? Notes coming out in reverse? Sound like spanked cats with turpentine on their asses? I dunt get it.

Remember, this ain't rocket science. Its cigar boxes. Nothing more. Nothing less.

Good builds.

I try not to think to much... it makes my brain hurt! Seriously though, whenever I get discouraged, it's usually because I've overthought the situation. As for the builds, even if they don't sound like you want them to, that just means you get to make more neat looking things!!!
They look pretty good to me, nice job!
I think maybe I am starting to get burned out - ever since "the addiction" took hold, I have been working like a madman every spare moment I have.  Perhaps I just need to take a break and reset my brain.  Thank you!

I think you may have hit the nail on the head, my friend.  I think I need a break and make a fresh start of it.

Try a round of golf. Always puts "discouraged" into perspective for me!
I agree, a break is a good idea. It's a hobby, not an obligation, and if you're not feeling it, don't do it. I can certainly understand getting burned out. That's why it's a good idea to take a rest now. The more burned out you get, the longer it will take you to fall off the wagon again. :D
I would agree. I am a newbie at this, working on builds 3 and 4 but have 4 more designs on paper to do. I also recently built a guitar case. I do this as a hobby. Right now I have been waiting for parts to order then get them which they delivered today, so now I can do more on the builds and hope to have them done by Sunday evening. I like taking my time and doing just parts at a time. Yes, your builds look good, indeed. Do some work, enjoy the work and time, take time off, and do some more. Burnout from something you enjoy I imagine would be a bummer. Best wishes.
