Paint Can Reso

Gitty has some 'illustrated' paint can lids for resonators and I liked the looks of this one. It is not embossed, but from 6 or so feet back it looks pretty cool. My guitars also tend to be '6 footers'.

Sound: pretty good. A bit resonator like.

Overall, I am satisfied with it.

It's really beautiful. perhaps this is the scale length I'm looking for. Can you tell me what it is? Probably open tuning? If I made a short scale six string, would it be tuned conventionally? Is this what you were telling me about yesterday?
