How'd that happen, Slowpaw?? Sounds like the bruise happens because you can't feel how you're placing your arm?

I think most of us play better with a CBG if we use a strap to help position it.

For me it is the picking arm. But really no more uncomfortable than a standard Les Paul.

use a 10 inch square of this stuff to pad the leg and holds boxes round stuff even A style mandos on your leg

in regard to question you ask about one of my guitars it's just some stuff from the garage Jo 18 in. scale tuned like a guitar DGBE or DGBD or DF#AD

I requested he make me a metal witch in my SW design .. he did an awesome job .
he does some wild metal instruments .

My Sawzall boxes weigh in at 9-11 lbs.  I find them pretty easy to play seated, but standing for a long time can be a challenge.
