Six diddley bows, Wolf. I is Greedy with a capital "G". Had a great time looking at alternate tunings and surfing YouTube for info. Decided on DADF#AD, tuned it, messed about and learned part of the pentatonic major scale for that tuning already! Seriously good fun. Learned proper pick technique, some info on tonic, sub dominant and dominant on the 1, 5, 7 of the top string as accompaniment and generally had me a good ol' blast. 3:17am and I'm so pumped on learning and having fun that I can't sleep now. Doh!

Thanks Wes. That racing stripe looks really neat and I'm almost hesitant to change the body but for the fact that it's so heavy. If I don't change it, and I intend to, then I'm going to need to join a gym! ;)

Shane, your offer of help via email is massive and really appreciated. If I have questions then I'll definitely drop you a line with them. Mahoosive thanks pal. As for the through neck, I wouldn't have thought that necessary with not needing an end piece for putting strings through but you're very likely absolutely right for structural solidity and bracing. I'll do that for sure and thanks again.
