OK guys, I've not given up on the shovel build a la Justin Johnson https://youtu.be/V9-ltPsbw9g but money and my own frustration with numbers really put me off it for a bit. Heres where Im at: I own a shovel! I have also confirmed thru the man himself the scale length is a standard 25.5. When I posted before, I got really hung up on measurements and things not lining up but at this point Im just going to ask a question then go with it, so lets get…See More

What to do with these odd boxes?

So, I tend to jump off the deep end with things and rather than get a "normal" box to do my first CBG, I started grabbing odd balls. Now, neither of these have to be a CBG (im honestly thinking amp for the big angled one) but Id like to get yalls opinion on how to work around the problems they present. First is a Maniac Cigars box. When I got this one, I thought it was just a weird wrapped box. Didnt realize the lid was screwy till I got it home. This one is 11.5" long, 8.5" wide and just under…See More

"The good thing about a baritone is you can play the upper area of the neck for regular guitar chords. I believe there's a few country artists out there that have used a baritone Tele on occasion."
