hello Sasha,just stopped by ta tell ya the tuning on the resonator you commented on. if i remember right---it is tuned from the top string down at G D G G--- if it is not then it will be D A D D----- this was a time when i started tuning the 2 bottom strings the same. i,ll give ya a hint on how i got the acoustic volume to the level it is.----- its the set up i used for the bridge on top of the can------ i made 2 small holes in a metal beer cap and passed a copper wire through the holes and tied the bolt bridge with the copper wire to the metal beer cap,then put the metal beer cap directly on top of the can,and the only thing holding it in place is the pressure of the strings.i tune by ear mostly but if i told you wrong on that tuning i can go dig out the guitar and check it to see what it is,i still have that guitar cause i like its volume power.thanks for the comment. welcome to cigar box nation.
