The strings are a mile off the fingerboard which makes it real challenging to play... the fingered notes and the slide notes are way off.

That's as low as it can go without adding a fingerboard but yeah, I don't want to mess up the yardstick look, that's why I didn't put fret marks on it. But it's good practice for playing by ear.  : )

You could add a fingerboard but it would cover some of the cool yardstick. Can you lower the action?
