A neck and boxes from the master cigar box craftsman Sam Kamaka. There is a neck and two Sam'l Davis cigar boxes of his for sale. Sam Kamaka's family started building cigar box ukes in Hawaii in the early 1900's......THIS IS THE REAL DEAL ...if you don't know, he is perhaps one of the most important parts of the history of making instruments with cigar boxes.....For nearly 100 years him and his father put the ukuleles on the map...not just the cigar box uke...but the dang uke itself!
