This is a Pine shelf cut in half, used a router on the bottom to fit the neck then cut the top to go either side of the neck. The side with the volume control I left the screws open to be able to get at the wiring, the other side hid the screws with white filler. Sanded the sides smooth and drew the design on in pencil. The wood burning was done in a couple of hours.
