Just wanted to post this so anyone interested would get the word!

Guitar center is offering a series of FREE home recording workshops utilizing Garage Band, and Mac computers. Every Sat at every GC store, 10-11AM.

it appears to be a presentation by Apple rather than guitar center, since it is promoted on the Apple web site and registration is through Apple. If so, quality should be good. We have an Apple store here in the Buffalo area, and the workshops they have are top notch by trained Apple employees. I'll let you know how it goes.
