Acoustic Bass VI Thread over on TalkBass

This one breaks a lot of rules so it might just fit in here.

Every year, talkbass.com has a winter build-off. This year's theme is "air space", meaning that some hollow element must be incorporated in the instrument. Being both a bass player and a CBG tinkerer, I came up with the Sub-Woofer On A Stick. the concept is to have an acoustic Bass VI, with resonator and labyrinth speaker duck inside the body. Check it out.

The official build entry is on post 136. There are lots of pictures in the build thread. I can add a few here if people are interested. They are on a different computer.
