The four-wire setup allows for either standard or coil-tap wiring. We can assume you're not doing the latter, but instead, just wiring up "normal".

Two of the colored wires should already be twisted together at the tips. If yes, leave those as is, and add a dab of solder to that point to be sure they stay together. Then wrap with a little electrical tape to isolate from making contact anywhere else.

The other two colored wires are your positive and ground leads. Positive to lug 3 of your volume pot, ground to the back of the pot (along with the bare braided ground wire...yes, there are often two ground leads on a pickup.
