Advantages to neck position?

I am making my second cbg and with this box I have off set artwork. It would look cool if the neck was in line with the artwork but it wouldn't be centered.

What are the pros and cons of having an off centered neck to the box? Sound, playing, assembly difficulties?

If I keep the neck inline with the art on the box that I attached the bridge won't be in the middle of course. I guess if it's off by a third it shouldn't be bad.

This was my first build. Centered was never an option. It's no Martin, but it certainly has character.
