Ooh.. I was thinking about making templates.. Can you make a stl file?

Awesome!  One final request:  Can you make a negative?  I.E. a rectangular template, with the F-hole as a void?  maybe 3mm thick?  Oh, PM me your address and let me know how big.. I can print up to 7.5" square...   I'll send you a set!
