OK... Here is my entry.  This is my Bone Daddy Stogies three string fretless slider.  I have just finished the matching amplifier.  I found a beat-up 10 watt amp that had seen its better days.  I gutted it... built a new box... then installed the electronics.  Sounds pretty good. I suppose it looks pretty spooky and Halloweeny.

sweet  .

Awesome build. Sweet looking mini amp.

Here is my Halloween entry. This is my first attempt at painting the neck and fretboard. It came out nice after the third fix. When they say 'fully cured in 24 hrs.' they really mean 'wait 3 days and apply a spray poly before setting it down or you'll just have to do it again'.

I built this last year when the SF Giants won the World Series. I thought about slapping on a Giants sticker and selling it on Craigslist for big bucks (black and orange or the Giants colors) but my wife said no dice. She loves Halloween so it's now part of our yearly decorations. Great idea for a contest. Thanks!

slick .

About the only thing Halloween here is the fake pumpkin in the background.  :)  But I built this over the weekend, so I couldn't resist posting it.  Cherry back, oak sides and neck, walnut board.  Four strings, piezo pickup, and a lot of personal mileage in that plate.

Happy Halloween everyone.

My entry is Imp Hand, a 3 string acoustic. Last minute, meant to refinish the body green & black but haven't had time yet...

Carved headstock w/ vintage style tuners...

All the little Imp hands / eyes / faces carved , burned, and colored on the soundhole part of the neck...

Headstock pre-tuners...

Body full assembled... Woodburned fretless neck, maple 1x2.

Couple more pics... Entire guitar...Close up of the sound hole and carvings underneath.

Hello everybody,

This cbg is painted by a friend of mine. In the first pic you can see the smoke turns into a skeleton playing a cbg. We wanted it to be hard to see unless you look for it.

Abalone inlays, skull volume knob, skull keys.

I don't think it is near as creative as the other ones on here but I thought I would show it to you.

All you guys amaze me with your creativity.

I'd like to say, This has been Awesome to see the different builds. I had fun participating in it and wish everyone good luck. I hope this is a contest again next year. Thanks to CBN and Shane for this opportunity.

Great job everyone !!!!

Good luck Shane on picking the winners. There are a lot of excellent entries here. kudos to all here. I will enter again next year if Shane is willing to do this again.
