Changing profile picture

I am having problems changing my profile picture. It is under the 10MB limit but it isn't happening. Does anyone know if there is a problem with uploading pictures to the CBN website?

If you're using IE, try uploading the photo using another browser. Chrome seems to work when IE doesn't.

Yes I was using Internet Explorer, just tried with Chrome and got the same result.
