Hi Guys,

First, thanks for all the input to my last query. Top guys :))

As I know nothing about electrics, I have one more tiny query....

The centre (we'll call it the 'cut-out' in the centre of the shaft) in my volume pot shaft lines up to terminal 1 and turns clockwise to line up with terminal 3. My question is, when I do fix my 'Chickenhead Knob' to the shaft, I want it pointing down to be in a 'zero' position. Which terminal should the shaft 'cut out' be lined up to? In other words, I don't want the 'down' knob position to be at full volume.

Hope that makes sense or ...?

Thanks a mill,

Col

It doesn't matter..
You can put the pot in oriented however..
Turn it so it's right down (or up, whatever) and then put the knob on so it points to where you want it to point to

Nice one Kid.

Thats kinda clever. So turn shaft 'full' one way or the other does not matter.
