St. Louis MO. CBG Club/Workshop

We are organizing a CBG workshop held one Saturday a month at the 61 roadhouse & kitchen in Webster Groves MO. (St. Louis Area). This is also the home to the St. Louis CBG festival each year.

Bill Kunz of 61 has been generous in offering us a place to meet, practice, discussed ideas and what ever members decide to do with the time. Gary Herget and myself are contacts for this club and are open to ideas to make this a fun club. As soon as we have commitment from members, we can set up a Saturday each month to meet mornings. We haven't set a day or start time as of yet. We need to know who can commit at least to a start up and discuss as a group when and how we want to run this. Possibilities are great!

Sorry folks. Looks like I got some explaining to do...

Funny thing happened on the way to the blues meeting. Was bebopping away at a CD I had playing in the car. Finally looked around and had NO clue as to were I was. Needed to take ext 31. The next thing I know I'm going under a raised highway and the next exit is 37. Last time I checked that meant ext 31 was six streets ago. I had something else to go to in down town St Louis later in the day. Not being good with finding my way around I'd already googled directions to both events and used the same main highway. The less turns and roads to travel for me the better. Already knew there'd be no way I could find my way back to the bar. And getting to the next thing three hours earlier wasn't going to be a big deal. Really sorry folks. What's really bad is I remember going under a few pedestrian walks i'd never seen before. Didn't even faze me.

First the self quarantine.
Now a senior moment. A long one. Guess I need to keep the Red Hot Chili Pepper's CD at home,

Don't feel bad…I've been trying to make it for three months now:

Month 1: I had surgery a few days before

Month 2: Everyone organized my birthday party for the day in March this was scheduled

Month 3: Easter weekend…someone has to watch my 4 year old while the wife cooks the best dinner (that's right, it takes two straight days, mmmmm---mmmmmm) I could possibly imagine

I have put my foot down now. Next month, nothing stands in my way short of a zombie invasion (and even then).
