Joker Cigar Box Guitars is officially closing shop

Just so there is no freaking out about where I have gone, I wanted to announce that I am offically shutting down my website. As much as I would have loved to make a fortune selling cbg's the reality is that I did not have the time or money to invest in it.
I also felt a bit like a hypocrite promoting a DIY instrument then trying to sell them.

I will still be working on music with 7 Hills Stomp and will also continue to do the podcast.

Thanks to all who helped promote me

I don't see anything hypocritical about selling these. You are an artist and the CBGs happen to be your medium. My builds don't always play the way that I would like but I get a great deal of satisfaction in creating something from an idea and seeing it through to the finished product. If I could sell a few to pay for my materials I would be quite pleased. Do what makes you happy though--it keeps the mind sharp.
