Thanks, Kale.   You and I have both spent time in Texas and Iowa.  It may sound crazy to some, but I note a lot of similarities at least in the people.   And the Texas hill country is much like western Iowa where I grew up.

Thanks, Alan.  Townes is in my top four singer song writer group - with John Prine, Guy Clark and Bob Dylan.   He was a very good player and singer too.

Nice LPGing and Iowa Saxing 'UJ", from past Vids, I think you have always been a bit of a Townes Van Zandt  fan, I just had to reacquaint myself with his music on Utube, via "White Freightliner Blues", Wow!, what a great song, and Musician he is!, and will definitely be seeking out more of his music. :-)
