Swamp Witch and Wes thanks so much for all the help, this guitar is just what the DI ordered and Wes thanks so much for the offer of the box for an amp,  Ill post up some photos when I get the amp built and make a short sound video so you guys can see all this in action.  I am gratefully floored on how tight this community is.  Hopefully someday I can reciprocate in kind

thanx Wes  , after talking to  the new  owner  ,  i  put him on to  GF  to  make  his own amp   from a matching ammo  box  . ;-)
