This song was played on one of my homemade dog bowl 3 string guitars. I played this song using only two cords (C & F), because they are closer to my vocal range (Neil played it in G & D). I also used a cheap recycled $20 keyboard from the local rescue mission to do the background accompaniment & drum rhythms - and lined up the 3 recorded tracks in Audacity to merge them down into a single stereo .mp3 file, which I added to this motorcycle themed photo slide show video.
Low tech and simple techniques still prevail in crafting these musical arrangements! :-)

Thanks StorminSteve & Pick!!! :-)   The next project is going to involve me crafting up and creating a music video for one of the early (and popular) classic Poco band songs . . .

I didn't notice the key change.  Absolutely nothing wrong and a lot right about doing that.  Yep, you do sound like Neil.  For the first couple lines I thought maybe it was him..  Honestly, I didn't notice the harp was missing until I read your comment.

Thanks Uncle John - I think it needs some harmonica riff accents - but I haven't learned how to play harmonica yet . . .  A multitude of people here on the Nation kept saying I sound like Neil Young, so I thought I would craft up and sing a Neil Young song in a key closer to my vocal range. The earlier Joe Bonamassa Sloe Gin cover I did in his key - really exceeded my vocal range . . . This one is a bit better in that regard - I dropped Neil's key of G song down to a more manageable and lower key of C for me to sing in without cracking my voice and having to re-record the whole vocal track from scratch all over again . . .

Beautifully done, George.  Wow!   Nice images too.
