Unboxing Part 1 - The Satsuma 500

Cowboy Geek (aka Elwood Bobby Black) was the lucky winner in 500 subscribers giveaway from Poorness Studios...

I received the prize - the #500 lap steel but had couldn't jump right into it -- I've never done 'an unboxing' (on-line) -- I have also never played a lap steel first I had to just have some fun with the unboxing part...

It was funny that when I walked next door to pick up the instrument where it was delivered I had bumped by head (that explains it?) on fruit that was hanging low on the tree next to the porch - the tree is loaded with satsumas. I pick up the box and start back -- I see on the labels "SATSUMAS"???

I've ordered a tone bar on-line - will have to dial in some settings to play through my equipment -- then I will do the 'review' and 'play' part.
