Just Great to see that your giving these Old Guitars a second chance Bear!, its also great to and hear your journey in sound and  quest for your hearing pleasure ,it looked like a laptop but you play it like a slide/guitar nice low sound ,these piezo's keep surprising me time and time again, happy hunting bear! for that sound your looking for ! Thanks Derek. Glad that you liked the playing. Those parlour guitars are great. I've only got a short body and with my shoulders being kaput from pushing the chair all the time it's about the only size standard guitar I can manage. I tried the magnet test and it didn't stick but I used the only magnets I've got around the house and they're really weak ones. On the self build, yep I love the low growl too. I think it's probably my best self build so far. Thanks again and have a great rest of the weekend.

Cool little parlors. I like that size for lots of things. You may be able to use a magnet and test if there is a steel rod/bar. Nice lookin' box on your build. Great sound! Nice low rumble. Good job on the playing.
