Great song and so true. I lived in London for a year I am from Sheffield. When I left England I was working in Sheffield I would take 1hour or more to drive the 7 mile to work and then the same back...

thanks UJ and Col - just another busy day at work! ...though now i only live 3 miles from my workplace out in the 'burbs, i only go into Town if i have to, when i worked in the west end i used the underground, which had its own problems....Olympic week is going to be fun, believe me! (-:

Gees, good one, Steve.   Makes me glad to live in a one stop light town.  (With a 2 minute walk to one part time job and a 5 minute drive to the other).

Steve, you just summed up my life until the end of 2011 ! Madness on the A14 at both ends of every manic day. I've stopped doing it now and wish I'd 'changed down' years ago. Thanks for some fabulous lyrics, really well performed.
