GREAT SONG JAMES. MY GRANDPA WAS MY ROCK WHEN I WAS GROWING UP SINCE MY DADDY PASSED WHEN I WAS ONLY 10. I SPENT MANY A DAY OUT ON THE FARM HELPING GRANDPA WITH THE WATERMELONS. HE WOULD PUT OUT 1,500 HILLS OF WATERMELONS EVERY YEAR AND WE WOULD WORK THEM TOGETHER. HE HAD AN OLD 58 CHEV PU WITH THE FLOOR BOARD RUSTED OUT AND HE WOULD ALWAYS SING THE STRAWBERRY ROAN FOR ME.

Thanks Andries sorry you did not get to see your Grand parents there special,  I was only 7 years old when He pass away He left Me many good memories, I was always so excited to go out to that rolling store with Him.

Thanks Derek It's a classic for Me for sure A true story about Me and My Grand paw He walk everywhere and often let Me tag along . Heard many a great story on those walks.
