Thanks Derek. I always feel real clumsy when I switch from 25.5 inch scale to 14 inch. The instrument I'm finishing now is a bass with a 41" scale. Whew!!

Thanks turtlehead. I'm pretty sure Chris would get a good chuckle. A friend of mine gave me a small piece of corian which I've just about used up. I like it a lot. Bone is great but the smell of it always reminds me too much of the dentist when I'm cutting it!

Thanks pick. I'm actually thinking about it  It could be a hand out when someone buys an instrument - of course then I'd tack on another ten bucks to really shoot my profits through the roof!
