STRANGE HOUSE

The touchy subject of mental illness this time, everybody knows someone who has suffered from it in various degrees, but thank god they don't use those old cure methods any more, the health service is a lot better on care these days but there is still a heck of a lot to learn! Many people who remembered their feelings during an episode of mental illness say they thought everybody else was acting strange and they lost all sense of time and place, like a bad dream, and imagined things and disembodied voices seemed very real. Dementia patients usually lose all their memory but retain early childhood memories, the foundation blocks of the brain.

The song is the final track to be finished for the "Folk of Oak" album due out soon!

It all started when we found an overgrown grave yard with just first names names and dates. It haunted his house for a while.His house was build dierectly over the old infirmary and lots of weird stuff happend. It all started after his next door neighbour started messing with things she shouldn't. But it's all ok now ...

There are loads of stories I have heard from him on it, and he's was a complete non believer before it all happened. The people that came round and cleared his house, knew stuff about him that was impossible to know....

Now the goverment just send them onto the streets and they mostly end up in our local library....
