There’s some really greasy Sax on the Lloyd Price version, I got a soft spot in my heart for the Baritone sax, such a pleasing tone  :)

Thanks Kale and Brian.  I remember first hearing this song in kind of a rock and roll way and thinking it was a new song even though it is very old.  Somewhere around a hundred years old.

I remember my dad listening to this one when I was a kid. I don't think I've heard it for years. Nice trip down memory lane John.
