Will - just a note on using your sander - wear some heavy gloves or something!! I found that with the lathe on a slower speed, it was much easier to snag the tin causing it to tear off. It might be thin, but at several hundred rpm, its pretty sharp. Im pretty sure sanders work at less than 1000 rpm, so go steady!

Jeez Ben - thats a great video- thanks for posting it as I too have reso fever and had virtually no idea on how to do what you have done - so now i'm off to see what I can adapt from this vid!! Cheers mate!
