"Thanks Papa D", muchly appreciated comments  :-)

"Thanks A.D.", pretty sure it will end up being played as a Lap Slide, the Randy Bretz designed build I based this one on, had the the Bass on Top and the 3 on the bottom, I thought it would suit me better to do it the other way round, But!, in hindsight I'm thinking I got it Arse about Face, and should have went what you suggest, but it is what it is, and I don't think I'll be building another ;-D

"Thanks Doug", for those encouraging comments, obviously I still have a bit of tweaking to do. :-)

"Thanks UJ", the Slide, which is my favourite, is a non tapered, Dunlop No. 224 Heavy Wall Brass Slide, Length 60mm, Wall 3.5mm, Inside 22mm, I prefer to play my Gits upright, but I think Lap Slide is more suitable for this Beast, hence the addition of some White Out Correction Pen Fret Markers. :-)

"Thanks Dave", When building it, I was a little worried about the String Tension, so tried to keep the String Tensions as low as I thought possible,  the total string tension is 93kg / 205lbs, for an average of around 9.3kg / 20.5lbs per String. :-)

PS:  cool to lap it and upright it both.

I am back for a second listen.   It sounds good, but just a little off.  Well, it sounds kind of 'ghostly'.   It may be your amp settings.   It may be that one tuning kind of vibrates off another.

It has its owns sound and it is good, but kind of 'mysterious.' But what you do after the 2 minute walk sounds better and good to me.

see your still not sure ,to lap it or to sit it up, like they say ,looks verry intrigeuing , personaly the bass on top whoed have my preferens, and the 3 on the bottom, are you not tuned up because of string tension? or like you say i dont know? seems like a load of possebillities whit that one AGP# ! good on you!

I concur with Dave and Uncle John on tuning/intonation. The low diddley sounds rich! This is one cool looking instrument with lots of musical possibilities to explore. Great for performing; you’ll have everyone’s attention!!! You have mine! I’m looking forward to hearing it when you complete the tweaks; you have a winner!
