The details of her finding it out aren't too interesting.  I sent her a text with the video link in the middle of the night and said to not open the link until 7 AM.  Of course she tried the link before the right time, but I set the YouTube video to go public at 7 AM, so she had to wait. 

I'm so sneaky.
