Thanks Wes. I'd gotten away from fiddles for almost a year so this build was overdue!

Thanks Jeffrey. I know I always enjoy hearing one of mine in a good player's hands. I have a vid of Oliver Craven of the StrayBirds playing an earlier build and making it sound wonderful.

Well, one of these days I may send you one of mine so I can hear how it sounds in the hands of a very talented musician. Just a thought.

Thanks much Jeffery! I just don't know what direction I want to go - I love all these homemade instruments. I try to not have a large collection. I usually finish a build and play it for a couple of weeks just to make sure everything's OK then sell it for way cheaper than I should or trade it or sometimes give it away to someone who seems interested and talented but not able to buy. I can't play a hammered dulcimer or a harp or lots of other string instruments that I'm trying to avoid the temptation to learn.

Jim, you are amazing. Is there anything with strings you CAN'T play? Also, I have seen countless videos of your playing and you always have a different instrument. Do you have a large collection or lots of friends? hahaha. Enjoyed another one from you, Thank you for posting.
