Sing Me Back Home on Homemade Lap Steel

Here's a video of my homemade lap steel. I made a backing track with a Casio keyboard into a Boss loop station and played Merle Haggard's "Sing Me Back Home" to demo the guitar. My sound man, Pootie Dawg, came over to be sure the effects were set up right. Made me miss a lick but I didn't say anything. Good help is hard to find.

To be honest, I would love to hear an expanded version. 90 seconds just was not enough!!

That's wonderful. Just a shame it had to end. You and Pootie did a really fine job.

Hey Kevin, I appreciate your vote very much! They say even a blind hog finds an acorn sometimes so I guess this was my acorn - lol. There is an awful lot of talent here on CBN and I'm humbled and pleased that you enjoyed this vid.

Thank you turtlehead. Merle Haggard sure knew what he was doing when he wrote this one,
