Yeah J, it's on my list and I've collected several resonators from pot lids to air filter covers and even an actual Lowe cone but I keep getting side tracked!

Hey J, I've never made a resso so I'm not sure about that. I think the one I have made by Uncle J has the piezo on the underside of the wood top. Recently somebody posted a cake pan resso with the piezo clamped to the side of the neck. That sounded surprisingly good and you could really hear that resonator tone come through. You should experiment with different placements and see what works. As much as I prefer the sound of a mag p/u I think a piezo would get that sound better on something like this.

I have two more lids on the shelf!
Just trying to figure out where i am going to out the piezo any ideas?
i have a single start style p/u also but i don't think it would capture the sound as well.
i believe in my photo of it you can see it laying on my bench.
