Record Store Day RARE find... CBG 78rpm.....

Legend goes, when I was just a boy around 6yrs old, my Grandmother spoke of her older brother leaving home. This was in the late 1920's. Rumor was, he headed to the delta region of Mississippi...for unknown reasons. The family did not look kindly on this as they never heard from him again. Nothing else was ever mentioned.... I had just about forgotten about him, having never met him...nor seen any photos. Until Record Store day 2014. Found in a musty box, in the back room of a store in Prescott AZ...

Great Stuff - great story - great play'n! You need to preserve that digitally on something - maybe there's a company you could hire to help you?

He sounded like a good blues man.   History is sketchy, but I read that he travelled with Robert Johnson until they had a falling out over a 19 year old gal.   He was the choir leader in the Nashua Baptist Church until running off with the preacher's wife.
