On this one I stuck the piezo on the part of the neck that went through the box (I put them on the plate under or embedded in the bridge now). It picked up a signal, but it didn't sound great. I have had more problems mounting piezos on LPGs than CBGs -- in fact setup in general is more problematic on LPGs, but when it works, it's worth it!

Wow, 2nd guitar?!   I've done headstocks with the back panel too.  Sounds great.  It seems to me it's tougher to make piezos work well on LPGs than on cigar boxes.

The plates are from my old station wagon. Thanks, I really like the sound too. Now I gotta make one with some frets!
