My first video playing (or attempting to) Wayfaring Stranger. The guitar is the third one I made - three string fretted with humbucker near the neck and and two piezos under the bridge. I made the arrangement quite a while ago, but have only done one verse, so that's why it's quite short. There didn't seem to be much point in just repeating the same stuff a second time.

Sounds great.  Worth listening to twice, at least.  Throw a repeat in there and you have a full song.  :)

Hi Pieter.

Thank you for leaving the comment. I'm sure we all make a few instruments before we really get what we want in terms of sound. Good luck with it.

Hi,

Very good sound and nice playing. Good tune to try myself. I'm still practicing my own cbg's; I play guitar for 3 months now and it's a little bit more difficult than I thought (Originally I am a saxophonist but never pick up that thing at home, so that's why I started guitar playing).

I made one cbg with only piezo and a volume, but that guitar is sounding quite 'sharp/shrill' (don't know if that's the right word for it). I wonder if it is the box itself or the piezo; the other cbg's with acoustic pre-amp or electric pickup all sound nice.
