Well life is pretty bad
i was feeling kind of sad
as I stood there with a noose in my hand

Well I was pretty poor
and life was such a bore
as I stood there with a rope round my neck
From the chair I jumped on down
but fell stright to the ground
for my knot tying was very poor
so now I find im still alive
I have found some new drive
to do you a brand new song
well I hope you see my pain
I dont want to feel it again
so a lottery ticket I will buy
well i'm now feeling fine
cause I've drunk too much wine
but that's just the way I like to be

Catchy tune and lyrics. Voice and playing good too. I noticed when you sang it that you changed a couple words, not that it is a biggie. John has done that too before. But they are your songs, and can do with them as you please.
