Sitting on the porch no TV, maybe a radio talking and playing music. Sounds good to me.....that makes sense about smokestack lightening. I remember hearing a Stevie Ray interview and he said that most old school blues rhythm was originally based on either a horse trotting down the road or a train chugging down the tracks.

Good lesson.  Do you know what smoke stack lighting was or is?  It was the sparks coming out of the smoke stacks of steam locomotive as viewed at night.  No TV.  Maybe or probably no radio.  Sit on the porch and talk and make music and watch that distant train spark by.
