A song written in 5 mins....

When I was a kid I used to fancy this girl who used to work in our local chippy, she was blond and smelt of chips!

Probably a centrefold now!

Happy Days!

Excellent.  Could make me change my views on processed meat food products.  Chips are just fine.  My favorite food group.

I liked the pic in your vid of Jenny McCarthy taken from Rolling Stone.  I remember seeing that on the news stand and taking it out on a date once or twice.

I've always liked Bill Bailey's Billy Bragg pastiche "Unisex Chipshop".

...And why have I got "There's Bloke Works Down The Chipshop Swears He's Elvis" by Kirsty Maccoll in my head?

"A song about a girl who smelled like BBQ would surely lead to lines that would get us in trouble.  Hmm."

                                                      Bessie smelled like BBQ,

a gal it is so true.

                                                     Unfortunate for her, it seems,

for all she said was "MOO."

Sounds good to me too, Vinyl.  Friday night for Lent.  Thank you, my friend.

John - A Chippy is a colloquial term for a Fish and Chip take-away, where they'd serve a portion of chips in a cone of newspaper. Oh damn! I want chips now!

Hey Kieth, be careful.  A song about a girl who smelled like BBQ would surely lead to lines that would get us in trouble.  Hmm.  Wonder how BBQ sauce on a hot dog would go.

Hot stuff.  Hot stuff.   Sounds good, I can't get enough.

What the heck is your local chippy?

We have a business in my town that cooks bacon - to be boxed and later microwaved for quick use.  Those folks smell soooo good.

Dang it Bug, now I want a hot dog.
