Might rain a bit on Saturday, but guaranteed not to be minus 30. Submarine parking is almost full. Please don’t shave your poor dog for the ugly did contest. Naturally ugly dogs only please. Vinnie is looking for floating devices. On the new event stage, Uncle will host air guitar solo and jams contest mic. Another of his ideas, very futile mind, guys singing and playing songs written by woman for women. Dare, the city just pulled the permit for goat dancing, because of last years incident. Three deluxe sleeping units with flashlights and kazoos are still available. Please, no nudes allowed in Downtown Carmel. Saturday night all units will be left open all night for jamming, partying, and heck raising! Security resumes wake up duties at 5:30am.
