love it Jim!
Yeah sometimes musicians (the snooty ones) look down their noses at homemade stuff.
To me the ones who do this are only musicians NOT artists.
Musicianship is great don't get me wrong but its what comes from within that is the icing on the cake and that is why the Nation of CBG's and homemade instruments is so important!

So build on and play on!!!!!

Excellent Jim! I love playing this too. Donovan has so many good ones.

Thanks Clock. I've learned a lesson from Uncle John's Build Stop in a bottle failure.

Now if you could just bottle that and sell it. ;-)

Nice sentiment for your friend, Jim.   Remember, Jesus saves.  And so does Jim while he is doing the right thing and gets a Martin in the end.

Comment by Jim Morris on October 20, 2016 at 1:15pm

Ha! Not even barely. If I do manage to save up and get that Martin it's most likely to spend most of it's time in the case except on special occasions like my friend's birthday when I'll drink a bourbon and play a John Prine song in his memory on what I'll always consider to be his guitar. In the meantime it's canjos  and CBG 's for me.
