Awesome Fat Steve!!! Great build man!  If you can't play that good then I have no clue what you would call it when I strum, sounds great my friend!

Thanks for all the positive responses, it gives me courage to build the next one! I would like to try to build an upright 2 or 3 string bass. I think I will use an oval washtub, but I am stuck as far as buying a real upright neck or making something. If anyone has any ideas I would love to hear them.
