Your determination finally paid off! Thank you for your order. I will ship it out tomorrow. Please contact me if any questions arise as you work through the lessons. Enjoy.

Finally got e-bay sorted out, no thanks to them. The problem was so brain-dead simple that your average 10-year-old could have fixed it (having better eyesight, your average 10-year-old would have had no problem to begin with!)
I trust e-bay about as much as I do local politicians. Let me know if an order comes through with my name on it.
Jeeze. If they'd answered their e-mail, I'd have gotten your CD a month ago. Grumble.

Thank you THENUGE for your comment about my guitars. Don't be jealous. Basically what I do is buy and sell my instruments. They are all for sale at the right price. Over the years, I purchased guitars, have them repaired, and sell them for a small profit. This way I can buy other guitars and slowly upgrade to more expensive models. Hours of searching for bargins is the key. Creating a relationship with a good guitar repairman is the other. Enjoy.

Sorry Tim. If in the future you order any other CD, you can combine it with the slide offer. CD 1 has more CBG lessons, and there is always my music CD, Good & Evil. Just send me a note when ordering. Thank you for your purchase. Enjoy.

I clearly understand your situation. I wanted to return a defective ink cartridge to Dell. I no longer had the order number. 9 transfers, 45 minutes, many representatives in India for a $20 product. they make it very easy to take your money, but almost impossible to get it back. Thank you for your persistence. Hit that beach soldier! LOL

Those .... grrr... dirty rotten .... (keep it clean, Alan) ... bustards! Sock suckers! Chicken pluckers!
It's actually e-bay that's causing the problem. I couldn't remember my User ID, and you have to give your User ID to get any help. I called their 1-800 number and had a tape recording tell me to go online. Click on "I Forgot my User ID" button and was told that they would send me e-mail. Like they promised to do yesterday. And last month. And back in December.... May the Good Lord smite them with intellegence!
I think I'll just keep calling the 1-800 number and dial random extensions until I get a human being. And threaten to keep calling that extension until they have someone call ME.

One way or another, I WILL get that CD. Even If I send a check, I will at least call them and let them know what I think of them. "Frank and Candid Discussion," as the Foggy Bottom Boys used to say. They have caused me such grief that I have the right, nay the moral obligation, to share.
My sweety has to be off to court in 30 minutes; I'll wait until then.
But I've been practicing your "walking blues line" in the meantime. While going to and from the car park, in fact. I put the "walking" into that walking blues. I've only mastered the first two chords, but I get a lot of smiles anyway.
