Blind Boy Punt (Clock's Holiday)
Old blues codger and gambler (easy to tell THAT: he stinks of farts, whisky, and cigars).
Usually inebriated, and frequently falls into drunken sleeps in gutters etc. (btw, the "blind" refers to "blind drunk", not any visual impairment!)
